Kantor Gallery is pleased to present a new solo exhibition by Los Angeles based artist Wendy Park.

Her paintings are an homage to her late father who immigrated to Los Angeles in the early 80’s. Her family’s struggle toward a better life is depicted through humble objects and iconic symbols that surrounded her father’s shop at the swap meet. Through her personal accounts, Park gives the viewer a peek into the social and economic culture that many Asian immigrant families share.
