The Kantor Gallery is pleased to present:
A group exhibition celebrating “Five Years At The Kantor Gallery” featuring; Kenton Parker, Brian Ruppel, John Scane, Rhiannon Valenti, Henry Vincent, and Jessica Wood.

Niels Kantor will exhibit a select group of emerging artists. Each artist provides the gallery with a diverse body of work in a contemporary pop genre.

The exhibition will include the child-like imagery of Parker’s acrylic bears and super heroes. Valenti’s photo realistic oil paintings depicting one of America’s most enduring icons, the Barbie Doll. The tangible expression of folk art and pop culture’s combined in Vincent’s canvas quilt. Scane’s uses a conceptual approach creating serene abstractions in a mixture of media. While Ruppel explores the social and religious traditions expressed in his paintings. You’ll find a contemporary edge in Wood’s figurative illustrations. This collection demonstrates how the visual arts can integrate our perception of the world around us.

This exhibition open Saturday, April 22 with a reception form 6pm to 9pm. The show will remain on view through May 31, 2000
